Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026 · Effective immediately

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using BidToWinJobs. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BidToWinJobs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including clients posting jobs and service providers placing bids.

2. Description of Service

BidToWinJobs is an online marketplace that connects clients who need home improvement and maintenance services with skilled tradespeople and service providers. The Platform facilitates the posting of jobs, submission of bids, and communication between parties. BidToWinJobs does not directly provide any trade services and acts solely as an intermediary platform.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

4. Posting Jobs

Clients may post jobs describing the work they require. Job postings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. BidToWinJobs reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. Clients are responsible for ensuring that posted jobs comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Placing Bids

Service providers may submit bids on open jobs. By submitting a bid, you represent that you have the skills, qualifications, and legal right to perform the described work. Bids are binding offers — if a bid is accepted by the client, you are obligated to complete the work as described at the agreed price and within the estimated timeframe.

6. Membership & Fees

BidToWinJobs operates on a membership model for service providers. The first year of membership is completely free. From the second year onwards, a membership fee of £9.99 per month applies per trader. This fee covers platform maintenance, payment processing, and customer support. There are no per-job or percentage-based platform fees — clients pay the agreed job price in full to the service provider. Membership fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice to registered users. All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

7. Payments

All payments must be made through the Platform. Direct payments outside of BidToWinJobs are prohibited and may result in account suspension. BidToWinJobs uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect payment information. Payments are released to service providers upon confirmation of job completion by the client.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a client and a service provider, both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If resolution cannot be reached, BidToWinJobs may, at its discretion, act as a mediator. BidToWinJobs's decision in any dispute is final and binding. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payments during an active dispute investigation.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; post content that infringes on intellectual property rights; or create multiple accounts to manipulate the review system. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings after job completion. Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on genuine experience. BidToWinJobs reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms. Attempting to manipulate the review system is grounds for account suspension.

11. Limitation of Liability

BidToWinJobs is not liable for the quality of work performed by service providers, any disputes arising between clients and providers, any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid to BidToWinJobs in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using BidToWinJobs, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

BidToWinJobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate. Users may also delete their account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, outstanding obligations (such as completing an accepted job) remain in effect.

14. Refund Policy

Membership fees paid to BidToWinJobs are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current paid period, after which your membership will not renew and no further charges will be made. In exceptional circumstances (such as a duplicate charge or a technical error on our part), refund requests may be submitted to support@bidtowinjobs.com within 14 days of the charge. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. BidToWinJobs does not process payments between clients and service providers, and therefore has no obligation to refund any job-related payments agreed directly between users.

15. Changes to Terms

BidToWinJobs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
